Sangeeta Mallik is an early childhood researcher and developmental psychologist by training who has dedicated most of her 25-year career supporting children with disabilities and their families. She currently is the Director of the Family Centered Care (FCC) team at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center NICU in San Jose, CA. Her focus is on supporting families coursing through an often intense and difficult journey in the NICU. She is also an expert on team dynamics in health care settings. Sangeeta is mother to a 17-year-old boy with autism and is very passionate about disability inclusion in educational settings as well as in the workforce and is an avid volunteer at her children’s schools. She resides in Saratoga CA with her daughter and son.
