Jeannie Harris, J.D. - Changing Perspectives

Jeannie Harris, J.D.

Jeannie has worked with children and students for more than 20 years, especially those involved in the special education system. As a family-centered special education attorney, Jeannie worked to ensure that students received the services and programming they were entitled to. Now retired from the law, Jeannie has been an active board member for a subsidized housing facility for older adults and persons with disabilities for almost 10 years, serving as both vice president and president. In this role, she works to ensure that all residents are considered, accommodated, and provided with appropriate activities and programming. She became a Changing Perspectives board member in June 2023.
