An author and education leader with 20+ years of experience in urban schools, Dr. Paul Miller specializes in school redesign and reform; collaboration for school change; and deep dives into diversity, equity, and inclusion. As CEO/Principal of Green Tech Charter School in Albany, New York, Paul helped to more than double the graduation rate for Black males to upwards of 95%, an achievement lauded by the State of New York. Currently, he is CEO of Charter Champions, a nonprofit that supports 25 charter schools in the Rochester, New York, area. He is the author of three acclaimed books, all of which take an action-based approach to breaking negative cycles within urban communities to improve the quality of life for children. In 2022, he received a U.S. Presidential Life Achievement Award. Paul joined our board in June 2023.
