Kristi joined our Board of Directors in June 2023, bringing with her a wealth of professional experience in marketing. With a passion for storytelling, consumer insights, and big ideas, Kristi has spent her career helping build and scale brands. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Brand Strategy at Makeup By Mario. In 2020, when her son was diagnosed with autism, Kristi realized that her hallmark abilities to connect dots and think outside the box are related to her own neurodivergence. As a result, she has become passionate about ensuring that the world makes space for all kinds of minds. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
