Riley Mulcahy, Treasurer

Riley Mulcahy is the Founder and Executive Director of The RILEY Project, a nonprofit focused on storytelling, belonging, and creating opportunities for neurodivergent students and young adults. Drawing on his own experience growing up with dyslexia, Riley develops programs, partnerships, and community initiatives that elevate neurodivergent voices and help build more inclusive schools and communities.

Riley also serves as Director of Advancement and Outreach at Compass High School, where he leads fundraising, community engagement, marketing, and strategic partnerships. A graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California with a background in English and creative writing, he brings together storytelling, relationship-building, and nonprofit leadership to advance equity and belonging.
