With a passion for advocating for individuals with learning differences, Riley joined our board in 2025. He is the Founder and Executive Director of The RILEY Project, a nonprofit organization that empowers neurodiverse students and young adults through storytelling, community-building, and educational programming. Riley also serves as the Community Outreach and Development Coordinator at Compass High School, a school designed for students with learning differences, where he leads engagement, fundraising, and marketing efforts. He holds a degree in English and creative writing from Saint Mary’s College of California and brings a strong focus on equity, belonging, and systemic change to his work.
