Bringing his expertise in educational leadership, urban education, Black studies, and mentoring, Edward joined our board of directors in June 2021. Currently, he serves as the assistant principal at Gauger-Cobbs Middle School in Newark, Delaware. A dedicated lifelong learner, Ed holds two master’s degrees and a doctoral degree in education and educational leadership. He is also a published author. Ed is a proud parent of two adult daughters, a teenage son, and a preteen son. He enjoys public speaking, community events, hiking, and cooking.
