David St. Germain, EdD

David is a passionate educator with more than 30 years of experience, from preK to the graduate level. Beyond the classroom, he has served as an administrator of public schools and college divisions. Currently, he is the principal of the Barstow Memorial School in Vermont. Also active in community and nonprofit work, David recently completed a four-year term as Board President for the Boys and Girls Club of Rutland County. He became a Changing Perspectives board member in June 2020.
